These days, I don't really have much inclination to watch television or movies, but I do like travel shows. I've been watching Michael Palin's Hemingway Adventure. On the second episode, Palin stays overnight in a bookshop--in fact, the only bookshop that offers accommodations in Paris--Shakespeare and Company. This odd little place seems interesting enough that I'm thinking about incorporating something like this into this year's novel. It shouldn't be too hard considering that my main characters are books.
